The Kittery Water District will hold an election on Wednesday – September 16, 2026, to elect 2 trustees. Declaration of Candidacy papers will be available Friday – July 17, 2026. All persons interested in running for office should file Declaration of Candidacy papers with the Kittery Water District no later than Monday – August 17, 2025, at 3:00pm. To be eligible, candidates must reside within the legal boundaries of the Kittery Water District
