The recent large amounts of rain affect the chemistry of our raw water sources which, in turn can cause changes in the taste and odor of our finished water. While these changes may be unpleasant, be assured that our water is constantly tested to ensure that it remains well within State and Federal standards for health and safety.
Operators at our processing plant are working diligently to alleviate the recent changes to taste and odor by adding adding water from another of our sources and by making adjustments to the treatment process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
