In accordance with Article II, Section 2 of the Kittery Water District By Laws, a special meeting of the Board of Trustee is being called for Friday, January 13, 2023, 9:00 a.m.  This meeting will be via Zoom.
There will be only one item on the agenda:
“The Kittery Water District Board of Trustees moves to go into executive session per MRS Title 1, §405.6(C) to discuss real estate matters regarding Kittery Water District’s facilities at 15-23 State Road in Kittery”
