Service Employees
Our Service Division is responsible for meter reading, meter repairs and replacements, backflow device testing, DigSafe and line locations, water sampling in the system, watershed patrols, standpipe patrols, leak detection, flushing, new service meter installations and all calls from customers needing service.
Distribution Employees
The Distribution Division is responsible for installation and maintenance of approximately 100 miles of piping in the ground as well as 425 fire hydrants and over 2,300 valves located throughout the Towns of Kittery, Eliot and York. The Division also maintains two water tanks – a 1,900,000 gallon tank located in Eliot and a 3,000,000 gallon tank in Kittery.
